Order no.: 60516035 not shipped yet.
Status: "Handed over to courier" and not "Shipped"
I order the product with an URGENT need.
It seem seller posted the status as handed over to courier and actually he did not ship the product.
I have sent several email daily but no solution.
Its been more than a week. Shopclues is not able to resolve the issue and fail to ship and deliver the product within the mentioned time at the product page.
No product?
No Refund?
I am stuck with the order. Money stuck and I can not order it from other seller/website.
I am feeling like cheated.
Kindly ship and deliver the product on URGENT basis.
