In my experience this is the most annoying online shoppe.
The design of the site is very poor compared with other sites like

Amazon.in etc
For Kerala deliveries they adopted some worst irresponsible courier companies like DotZot.
If you are not getting the ordered item, dont worry they will give you a job of checking mail and message everyday to get the repayment.
