Bought a BT headphone. Microphone was not working.
Asked for a replacement/refund. They did not accept the request. Suggested to go to service center to get it repaired/replaced from them.
Service center asked me to come with invoice
Then I realised that Shopclues does not by default give option to download an invoice for a purchase I made(Only order print I can take). Neither do they give on delivery or send by email. Pathetic. you what is even worse? When I understand that fact and raise a support request to get invoice, they said: 15 days are over. we cannot help.
I just hate shopclues.
