Yes. it is actually a market where you can effortlessly see some less priced stuff readily available to shop.! but if you watch the reviews along with it then it won't be taking too long to actually judge the quality of the displayed product.
"The grass is greener on the other side". This is in fact true if you compare some products listed in their website. I am not a big supporter of this site but as long as I am getting discount. I am a happy shopclues shopper.
Now coming to the delivery side. though the dependency falls mostly on the merchant's side but they can mark your order "Critical" in customer's account. which means you are on the priority list over other customers. Really?
Customer support centre does talks and responds in a good way. whether you throw a mail or dial their customer care number. they will surely send you the reply. not by the end of the day. not by tomorrow, someday. but yes, they will.
This site comes into existence in July, 2011 and gets publicity in recent months only, so giving them the chance and benefit of doubt in beginners category they are doing good work.
Suggestion: I ordered the product on 6th march. got delivery on 11th march. installed it on 13th March. and you updated my account on 16th March saying that I got delivery on 16 march. check screenshot.!
You yourself taking your site's prestige to downwards. I mean, . Seriously.!
