Yes this is what I got when I fell in their trap and ordered a 10000mah Sony Powerbank that they were selling for a lucrative 1100buks.
Upon opening I realized the product was fake replica of the original Sony Powerbank with things missing(only to show it was not genunie)
Upon contacting shopclues I got a lousy response. The whole return process took more than 10 days and the refund happened in the next one week.
I did give a bad rating on their website and indicated I received a fake product but nobody bothered to call or email back to express concerns.Lesson learnt - When there is something too good to be true, it is often too good to be true.
