I updated my resume in various job portal for a better opportunity, shine is one of them. As per my personal experience in HR also, Recruiter not considering it as a source of recruiting people, they view candidate profile in others job portal.
As a job seeker and availing unpaid service, my experience is very bad. I set my keywords to Shine for daily jobs mail in my mailbox, but I don't know why unwanted & useless jobs forwarded to my mailbox. I set the keywords many times but the result is same.
The website is not more user-friendly compare to others and you get less information(Mail id & Contact no) about the job providing company.
Their(Shine) Sales team make calls to the candidates and approach them to buy paid service and generate revenue for the company. My experience and suggestion say, they have to improve their free service and make their website and App more user-friendly, thus more people can use it, only then they have to approach for paid service.
