TataCliq had arranged for the return pickup of my order no 106193522 through this courier .
After 3 days of assigning the pickup Ref No 124449007490464, their pickup agent calls me and tells that, he is in another location hence he will pickup the consignment on the next day. Next day too same story and he adds that location is not proper hence I have guided him however again he said that pickup will be done by next day. The story repeats following day too and ends here as no further calls or alerts.
After waiting for three days, I checked the tracking in their web site and surprised to see that the comments . It was mentioned that, 3 successfully attempts were made and the consignment is on hold hence I open a docket with them to clarify about the incidents .
One of their executive calls me and promises to pickup on the same on the following day. She too did not bothered to follow up nor arrange for the pickup . After couple of days I escalated this to Tatacliq and they arranged some other courier to pickup the material.
My point here is
1) How will you trust these liars - They may steel the material from the courier parcel too.
2) Even after escalation, behaviors does not change and top person too support these fraudulent agents.
