I used sendmygift.com services on my cousins bday. On that day some net speed was slow. I selected my cake and called to helpline number. I narrated to girl who picked the call due to network problem I am unable to place the order. she said sir I can do on your behalf. I said please do . she took all the detail of cake, time and venue to be delivered.
she said once your net start you pay through online we are sending your order number through SMS. I was delighted as the offer on cake was valid for very less time. The time I told to girl was 8 am, as all family members of my cousin are working and leave home by 9 am and comes after 5.30 pm.
Bt no cake was delivered by 9 am to them. after my several calls to the customer care I get to know girl has wrongly punch 9 pm instead of 9 am. Though customer care apologized several times and manage to deliver cake at 6.30 pm to their house.
A foolish mistake has worse our day.
