Online begging, this guy has found a comfortable way of begging. setup a website and post a one time message for alms.
i did not quite understand why do u want to sign up. do u want to be one of the new tribe or u want to donate to this guy.
well this guy is not alone. if u check the link on his site
''rate a beggar'' u will find many more online beggars.
if u want to be generous pls send the money to some NGO who helps children or the aged. a dollar is INR 50 and that can feed a meal to 5 hungry children or pay up some deserving students school fees dude.
i will not recommend this site to anyone.
