Their HR practices obviously revolve around NEPOTISM, SOCIAL DISCRIMINATION and BACK SCRATCHING!
If they were hiring people who are self motivated and qualified, there might be less complaints!
1) We have complained MULTIPLE times in past 5 ( yes FIVE) years about these arrogant, worthless philistines refusing to process payments in a timely fashion. They never listen, they don't care, and every stupid, pompous rep we speak to acts like SBI is the bloody messiah, all deny, deflect, blame customer for SBI failures and act like SBI is above all reproach.
Yesterday one snotty, non-listening, criminal defender called regarding one such complaint and blamed my husband for SBI staff's refusal and failure to process payments promptly. Said it's all his fault due to his choice of payment method! He does not send cheques by mail, you bloody retard! He deposits it DIRECTLY into SBI, but still they make excuses why they shouldn't do their job properly!
( SBI is in cahoots with current regime to force cashless surveillance economy on us, so might be 1 reason they deliberately sit on payments instead of doing work! )
There is NO EXCUSE WHATSOEVER for them to take 5-10 days to process a payment! When this arrogant, unscrupulous snake tried to blame my husband for SBI failures, I shouted at her abusively, told her it's not his fault, it's THEIR F'n FAULT. She couldn't handle being taken to task properly and hung up.
2) My husband has updated his KYC properly, even gave Aadhaar, but EVERY DAY they call, and send SMS, sometimes TWICE, harassing us for KYC! Every time we say it's done they bloody argue!
WTF kind of data management is this? WTF kind of CS is this?
3) It's very difficult to find a SBI ATM open and functioning! On rare occasion it's available, it's only giving 2000 rupee notes, which are useless because nobody has that sort of change on hand!
4) Let me reiterate: SBI is in cahoots with current regime to force cashless surveillance economy on us! This is the reason for ATM issues and brazen hostility toward customers paying by cheque deposit. SBI encouraged the demonitization stunt that murdered so many Indian citizens, and took part by closing ATMs and making only 2000 rupee notes available in the few that operate. SBI is run by anti-worker, anti-taxpayer elitists!
Soon as we can pay this card off in full, we WILL be closing the account and permanently boycotting SBI! Join us!
