SBI Card won't reply back, if you send any email asking for help. I was using SBI Card for six and a half years. Suddenly, on one day early morning, I got five messages that transactions worth Rs.50, Rs.50, Rs. 650, Rs. 1350 and Rs. 12900 were done on my SBI Card. There was no OTP for those transactions. The amounts were directly debited from my Credit Card. Once I woke up in the morning, I saw those messages and got the credit card blocked. The same day, I logged a dispute complaint with SBI Cards. They simply replied that, you first pay the amount. We will work on the complaint. I replied back stating that, better close the card and I questioned them about the security available with them. There was no reply at all. Then I googled about the transaction details. I found a solution from support.google.com. Then I requested them and got the money back. The SBI Cards saw those credit transactions and simply closed the complaint without taking any action. I have contacted them after raising the complaint. But, the customer care simply said, you will have to pay the amount. My concern is, why my account details were given to Google etc. SBI Cards is sharing customer details to others and they are getting misused. I still receiving messages, that my blocked card was used and got declined. The messages says the currency in INR, USD and MXN. Please don't buy SBI Credit Cards.
