So its a detailed review so bear with me!
Pros- as such no pros but still I found something,
1) 2 movie tickets free every month upto 500
2) 5000 gift coupon on approval
3) some lounge excess but not in T3 and T1 in delhi, in Hyderabad its accepted.
4) That's it, all over in name of Pros
Cons- there are a lot
1) 5000 joining fee and annual renewal fee
2) you can transfer balance of other card to SBI but at 22% with some fee I guess 999
3) if you convert it will cost you between 16 to 32 percent, Just imagine level of loot, in name of EMI, and Now most important drawback of this card, infact all cards from SBI
4) worlds most annoying customer care! yes believe me- I will explain go through my experiences!
So I had a credit card from SBI in past, "Gold and more" 5 years back, it was insisted by some guy standing near big Bazar exit, he told me that "sir I was unable to generate any lead today, so my job might be in danger" and I was like Oh I can do something for you. so I was given GOLD and MORE credit card. they charged me few time late payment fee despite paying on last day mentioned in their emails, and they said its get time to update in our system. I payed all bills and extra 650 rupee and closed it.
Now fast forward to 2018, I got more settle in job and was looking for some good credit card with fee so it will be kind of premium for me. I have 2 AMEX cards with limits of 8 lakhs. so I went through varius websites for reviews of different premium cards, to my bad luck I choose SBI elite. So first they gave me limit of 10000 only, thats okey but even my CBIL I around 800 plus. Now my real nightmare started.
One fine day I got MSG and as well as Mail and call that you have 200 to pay, I asked why? I was told that that is previous months due. I was like okey might be. I payed 200.
After few days back same story, this time I asked but they were clueless, so I didn't pay for 3 4 days, but every fxxcking day they keep calling to personal number and to office number, apart from mails and msg. so I thought what the point of this, I payed again 200. but this time I raised a complain on tweeter and their portal as well and to customer care number also. all three possible places. few days back again same issue for 200 ruppes. same old crap. I reach ou to tweeter again but they just copy and paste answer. no help. I call them on customer care, query under process, and portal, I found a nice reply. although copied from some other mail for sure, they even dont read full mail, just copy random mails and reply. I reach them out on every platform but but they are not human beings of normal intelligence. they are morons, yes all Fxxcking morons. And collection team never forgot to follow up for payment of 200 every morning.
Oh yes one more thing, they tried to bully me, I mean fee like I am dealing with some gundas, its so cheap to have an issue of 200, despite paying multiple times. seems like Malya k jane k bad se SBI took its all business too far. Idiots
