Hey what's up, today I am gonna share my experience that I had recently with the most famous cab service namely savaari cabs.I booked a cab from my location( mumbai) to the Mumbai airport , I paid total amount before my ride, my cab was successfully booked and the driver along with the cab was to come tomorrow at 9am morning.Tomorrow I had packed my stuff and I was ready at the spot already at 8.30 am. I was waiting and waiting till it was 9.15am , 15 minutes late than the promised time.I contacted them and they told me to wait just for some time. I waited for 10 minutes more and after that the driver came along the cab , but the cab was like it had faced an accident ( broken and old) cab . The ride was very discomfort and the driver too was like a layman, he don't know where is the shortest route and all that a driver needs to know.
