I had two accounts gifted to me by my friend, I don’t remember the package name now, but on both accounts I had the problem of registering myself.
Whenever I tried to register it used to give me message that this username already exists, try another name and when, I tried some 15 different odd usernames it gave me the same message that ''this username already exists'', and believe me I wasted more then 2 hrs just to get register myself on there site and still could not get register to thier dialup account and in the end I gave up and the offer time expired without me using even a single seconds of it, that’s SIFY dial up for you. Even their customer service is of no use as most of the time they blame your modem or phone connection for the entire problem.
I don't recommendit to anyone, go for Vsnl its the best Isp in India.
