Complaint against SAS online Customer care executive (Anshul Srivastava) and erroneous SASONLINE.COM SYSTEMS.
on 16/10/2018, I punched order for GTPL sell 830 shares at price of 97.7.
After order was executed,
I placed a square off order for 96 rs;
and found that in short time, my partial order was executed;
and then tried to modify my order price to 95 Rs without modifying remaining qty,
so my order of 538 at price of 95 was to be placed as modified order;
but due to technical flaw with poor quality sasonelien system.
my order was cancelled by system;,
After that I called up SAS customer acre and I spoke to Anshul Srivastava;
Anshul Srivastava confirmed me that you can place order again for remaining order Quantity of 246 which was wrong;
As Anshul Srivastava wrongly told my remaining qty I s246/- I had to place a new order for qty as 246/-
I paid 3 times brokerage+taxes due to TECHNICAL FLAW WITHS AS ONLIENA ND MISCALCUALTION DONE BY SAS CUSTOEMR CARE EXECUTIVE(ANSHUL SRIVASTAVA);
I WILL SHARE THIS INCIDENT ON ALL WEBSITE APPEALING TRADERS TO STAY AWAY FROM INEFFICIENET AND POOR QUALITY SAS ONLEIEN SYATEM.
VERY SOON I WILL CLSOE ALL MY SASNLEINE ACCOUNTS AND ALSO LODEG COMPALAIN TO NSE FOR POOR QUALITY OF SAS ONLINE SYSTEMS
Anshul Srivastava has misbehaved with em previously also 2 MONTHS back on aa technical flaw with system.
