I have bought a dining set again order ID: INSF89782133, in the month of Apr'17 from Insaraf.com website. The same has delivered to my home address in 8days.
Recently in the month of Sep'17 one of the dining chairs back support has cracked from the joints while we were sitting on this & the person sitting on this hurt badly from back that even we had to took him to hospital. This really gave me a doubt that these furniture are built with sheshem wood or defective woods which can't even take the weight of 60-65kg of a person sitting on it.

The height of stupidity about this Insaraf support was, when I have called to the number mentioned on his site they asked me to write an email with attachment to support email id. I did so but no response and when I send an reminder to same they generated a freshdesk tickting system id mentioning compiant id#54788 and said they will solve the issue after consulting to seniors.
I kept waiting for week and no response, so again I wrote a strong email and this time again they said its in process. Now its alreay 4 sweeks gone without any solution to it so I have called them and this time they said that item has dispatched for replacement, since no item delivered to my resi after a week, I have again called these people and this time again they said that item has dispatched yesterday, I was surprised that when the item was already displatched last week how this has again dispatched this week and when asked the same they dont have any answer. It was clearly indecating that they were making fool to customer by giving wrong commitment.
Now again I have made a call to insaraf customer care and its really funny that they again said that item will be dispatch tomorrow. I just gave up now. They are nothing but fooling people by giving wrong and diffective products and no service after sales. Please beaware before buying anthing from insaraf.com. Its a froud company.
