I bought this washing machine 3 years back. I didn't found any damage r repair till now. Samsung launched good product.
It cleans the clothes neatly. The power and water consuption was low.

It had multiple functions like cotton, wool, bedding, baby care.
Change the temparature, spin, rins based on our requirement.
In that we have one special feature is that when the power off at the middle of the program when power comes it continues from the last period.
Easy to portable.
There is a mute button where we can disable to not get notification after washing is completed.
One special function is that eco drum clean it cleans the drum.
we adjust the time for changing of all the functions.
Other functions like quick wash, hand wash.
Cons
It making very loud noise.
After many months of usage it doesn't cleans the clothes.
Overall the product is average.
