Today I wish to tell you a very good experience of my life . On Feb, 2011 after completing first semester, I feel immediately a computer was needed . As I lived in hostel I purchased a laptop from Chandni Market . Before purchasing it I had decided to purchase HCL/ DELL as my friend suggested . But, after went on the shop a representative suggested me to purchase Samsung NP R538 DA03IN Laptop . As that time Samsung newly launched for laptop, I didn't know any review about this . I had doubt about the quality of this laptop . But, he assure me . Finally I purchased it . Now always I experienced well with this laptop . Only negative point is it don't have any Bluetooth device . But, now a days why you use Bluetooth . You can install Shareit& use it for file transfer .
Good Experiences:-
1) Color of the Laptop is in new style with Dark Brown& Black . My maximum friends say this is a lovely& attractive color . As it's screen is large, it is also helpful . Design of touch mouse also very good . Half lowet part of the Laptop is look like wooden . It is awesome .
2) After purchased it, I don't need to install any extra graphics card . This device preinstalled with good quality graphics card . With this configuration I have been playing many games .
3) This laptop is made with 3 GB good quality RAM . I think this is enough to use .
4) It laptop have 3 USB port of 2.0 . Out of these 2 port are in parallel position . Sometime I face problem when I want to insert two pendrive at a time .
5) In front of it have a digital livecam with medium quality . I can pick photo& video of medium quality with this camera .
6) It have preinstalled Wi-Fi device . Without any extra Wi-Fi router, I can create hotspot by only 3 line command& make Wi-Fi zone in my house . Range of Wi-Fi is not bad .
7) In many metal body laptop user face electric shocking issue .As it is made by good quality polymer, you don't face this type of problem .
8) Resolution of the Laptop screen is very good . At any angle I can watch movie clearly in my laptop .
9) It have Intel CORE i3 processor . I never face hang problem . Always it provides smooth& fast service .
10) In this laptop I used different types of operating system Windows XP, 7, Linux . You can also use upper Windows OS version Windows 8, 10 .
11) It provides a good quality CD& DVD writer& reader . I burned many many DVD& CD .
12) You can install large size software like CS5 Photoshop, MS Office 13, AutoCAD 2016, MATLAB, Bluestack, etc . After using these large size I don't face any issue in my laptop . Working fine .
13) Already I have been using this Laptop for 6 years .Till now I don't face any major problem in my laptop . Only get some small issues on Battery life, DVD burning, One speaker . These are not working fine . Just a small problem after using for 6 years . I have been using my laptop too much . Till now I don't need to go service center for a single time .
14) During use the Internet, always I get good speed . I never face any issue related to Internet .
15) I purchased this Laptop around 27 K price . At these features& quality, I think this Laptop is available at reasonable price . If you purchase other companies laptop at that features& quality you have bear more .
Samsung have toll free customer care number . Few time I call them to clear my some queries . They helped me as their best .
I love my laptop very much .Many many thanks to Samsung for making this type of good quality laptop at reasonable price . Out of my memorable feelings, products, etc in my life this laptop is one . This laptop is very easy to use . This laptop is totally value for money . I highly recommend this laptop to all .
