Hello dears
its the worst product from samsung
very fast get heat, even so many times hangs(my lap is very old but haven't do like this).
multiple operations make it hang again and again.
USB port is also not works so many times, again have to restart to make it unable USB operation.
4TB HDD also not readable so many times.
Service and support teams are good, but product must have a weight of quality
