This review is not for a product but much wider than that as it covers SAMSUNG in general. I have been customer of samsung for past 5 years with appliances like air-conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator and microwave.
In short I would suggest always ask for 10 year warranty document desperately when samsung claims that product has 10 years warranty like in refrigerator they are marketing with 10 year warranty on compressor or microwave CE74JD-CR(https://samsung.com/in/consumer/home-appliances/cooking-appliances/mic

I bought samsung Microwave on 1 June 2014 from the Samsung authorized store in Durgapur, West Bengal and in October I booked for paid servicing of microwave as after the warranty period of 1 year was expired in June 2015 its technical servicing was due as I personally can just keep the appliance clean. On visiting my place service engineer informed me that product has got inner cavity rusted and is very severe which needs immediate replacement of item as it can't be repaired.
Then I told service engineer that product has 10 year warranty on inner cavity, so you inform the company and ask cover the damage. Based on request service engineer co-operated with me and did all the needful required to be done from his end.
After this I got the call from company representative asking me to submit 10 year warranty document for which I told them that no such document has been given to me, it was described to me as one of the feature of product that it has ceramic inner so 10 year at least rust free as assured from samsung and I saw I sticker hanging from gate of the microwave. Certainly I was not going to preserve the sticker hanging on its gate for 10 years in order to claim the damage repair. by all logic its feature of device how can ceramic get rusted?
After a long trail of discussion with company, finally samsung understood that they are wrong and agreed to replace my microwave. but as the same model was not available with them(reason: not manufactured any more) so they told on telephonic conversation that I will be given my payments by means of cheque and as company norms what I need to do is submit a KYC to them. I did accordingly as it seems that finally after 1 month company is doing something which is favorable to me.
After 1 month of submission of my KYC to Samsung I didn't received any cheque so I called them just to inquire about my case then I was told that I will only receive a depreciated rate for my microwave. I was socked because I cant understand what happens to 10 years of warranty. answer of this question of mine for warranty was very disturbing.samsung told me that u have used our product for 2.5 years so as per company policy we will depreciate the value of microwave by 50% and refund you the amount.
Friends what I understand from warranty is 100% coverage if none of the warranty terms are violated otherwise 50% of value even OLX can give I dont need a month long dialogue with cheaters like Samsung.
Now when I have denied receiving 50% depreciated payments these cheaters are not contacting me even though I have registered 4 times in last week so that I can talk to senior executive members of Samsung before filling a case against Samsung in consumer forum.
When I asked authorised dealer from where I have purchased microwave to please write on my invoice that product bears 10 year warranty as it help me to put my case in consumer forum, then I was told that until Samsung directs them they can't write any thing on invoice.
So we all can see Samsung has a vicious circle by first not giving any documents for warranty and then when fault occur they first ask for hoax documents which was never given to you and if you struggle to much then still what you get is 50% which leaves you to felt like cheated.
I will suggest you should boycott samsung because brands with similar reputation like LG also gives similar warranties on their products with real documents which can be later produced not like their cheater partners.
Jago grahak Jago. never trust samsung ask shopkeeper to keep all documents and don't listen to their buttering voice because when situation arise no body is there except of documents.
