My son buyed this samsung gear vr it costed me for about 66 hundred .he attached it with samsung glaxy s 6 on which he has so many games wwe car racing etc .he felt so happy .but I am observing my son for last few days he has gone completely addicted to it .me to tried it for a 3 d movie resident evil then I came too know why this gear vr is so addictive .it makes the games, movies or any recording or online thing so real experience as like that is happening just live in front and you are a part of it. Continous use did so bad effect on his health .he is facing some blurry vision problem and his presence of mind effected too .hence it made worst on his studies .he is only 12 years of age .
So I decided to take this vr away from him and kept it locked .
I never advice any parent to buy this gear vr for their kids .it is indeed so addictive and having adverse effect on health and brain system.
