I ordered the phone on 14th Dec and received it on 18th. The product I received was faulty, its sim slot was not working but since its a dual sim so I managed with other sim slot and raised a complain with Indiatimes. They said I need to get it checked by service center and if they authorize then only I will get a replacement.
Now, when I visited the store they said the phone can only be replaced within 7 days of purchase and as per my bill its 14 Dec, so no replacement. I called India times and they said, "Its your fault, you should have visited the store earlier." Wow, first you sent me a faulty one and then you want me to take it to store that too within 3 days as I received it on 18th Dec. And I might have if someone would have shared the policy with me.
Both Samsung and Indiatimes refused their support and just not that, they were too rude in dealing with it. They just said "not possible, not possible, not possible." Well, I would not suggest anyone to opt for this device as their are other problems as well.
Games are getting crashed, even a 4 MB game. Networks fluctuate too much, I'm using a stand by handset provided by Samsung and their is no such network prob in that. And about service I've already shared. Disappointed.
No more Samsung and Indiatimes. Indiatimes agents are not worthy, absolute shame on customer service. He was neither able to connect me to manager, nor he was arranging a call back from him and that was the most disappointing thing. They disconnect calls, they refuse to help, they are rude etc. etc. etc.
