I purchased the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE on 27th Jan, and just three days later, I noticed network issues. I initially thought it might be due to my old SIM card, so I upgraded it. But even after switching to a new service provider, the problem persisted.
I visited the service center multiple times, where they updated the software twice, but the network issue continued. Finally, on the third visit, they updated the hardware, and the network problem seemed resolved. However, a few days later, I started having issues with the speaker – every time I make a call, I hear a disturbing sound.
I'm really disappointed with this phone and regret purchasing it. I’ve lost my trust in Samsung products after this frustrating experience.
