How many are aware that SamsungIndia is doling out Substandard Fraudulent CarePlusWarranty to Indian Nationalists? Their strategy of success in India. First, they sell substandard products, then they sell warranties on them. But just like their product performance, these promises and warranties also stand fake.
Nevertheless, the story has another happy ending for Samsung India. They expect customer to shell out more amount to fix the product which they sold as a faulty, then their partner engineer damaged it further without opening a job card, leaving no trace of their crime & with nondescript issues which their own 1800 CarePlus accepts & called it usual problem with SamsungMobile Flagship M31 and M31s phones. What if I tell you the story has further plots which get better and better?
After selling pathetic phone with pathetic warranties, their pathetic customer care wants to milk the already milked cows (read customers) by asking them to pay for even data extraction & transfer, soon after their released update patch has crashed your motherboards. Further, they promise pickup for repair only to cancel it themselves without even telling the customer by return call. Add to that they blame the customer for cancelling without any proof of any interaction.
Recently I read Xiaomi accepted their mistake and offered repairs to all its brand buyers. Wonder what fails Korean Giant to follow suit?
I hope Hon'ble Minister Shri Piyush Goyal and his office along with JagoGrahakJago along with Mouthshut.com will take serious cognizance of this ongoing HARASSMENT by SAMSUNG INDIA.
In all fairness, Trending #boycottsamsung should shut their #SamsungTortureCell too.
Post Script: On 07Oct I raised a Claim again on CAREPLUS with a mail to Service head and CEM Rahul Rana to honour their commitment of their ex-colleague Shweta Saroj to fix the camera at AidhiEngineer cost. I was promised by 1800 a pickup on 08Oct 10-7 pm. No one turned up all day, no one called to apologise either. Then without any information, Pickup is done on 09Oct Sunday at 12 pm.
72 hours hence I receive a call from SERVIFY to first blame that phone motherboard is tampered. When they see I am not falling in their trap, they volteface say verbatim "even if I accept that phone is not tampered with, there's a physical damage the camera is damaged and thus the warranty to change motherboard doesn't stand, as per our policy".
The long and short of SAMSUNG MOBILE IS TO CHEAT CONSUMERS BY HOOK OR BY CROOK.
THAT'S HOW SAMSUNG PUSHES even its brand loyal CUSTOMERS TO CONSUMER COURTS, THEMSELVES..
