In month of the Jan 2020 my bother gifted me Samsung Galaxy M30s performance of my phone was very good for the 1 Years. In After 1 Year my phone start get hanging. I through my phone full with data that why my phone is handing, to reduce hanging I decided to do factor reset.
I did the same but hanging did stop. So I visit Samsung Service Center the representative told me that mother borad is damage it will costing 8500 Rs. they also told me during the warty period did you extension of warty of addition 1500 Rs I replied No.
Then you have barer charge to repair my phone. I replied to customer doesn't by expansion cell phone for 1 Years, when I about leave they 5% discount if I would purchaser there brand product with that month.
My sister was using same brand and same model phone she got notification for software updates after updating software phone same way mine phone starting and mother got damage
