I had purchased a Samsung LCD monitor cum TV from market . I am not satisfied with this TV . It had some problems . Also customer service of Samsung is worst . I will discuss about my experiences below -
After purchased it during installation of the TV, I faced trouble . It's stand not working properly . Actually total design of TV stand is not perfect . TV don't not stand properly . If somehow any small jerking occured in TV table, then TV was overbalance .
TV remote also was bad quality . Sometimes, remote not worked properly . Then need to operate my TV via touch system .
Sound quality of this TV was not too good . Just average . Picture quality also same, just average .
USB port of the TV was damaged from beginning . At first when I insert pen drive in TV, I don't find this external drive in TV . That time I thought may be there have any extra settings on remote, which I don't know, so I don't play pen drive files . But, in future I able to know this was TV port problem . That was totally damaged .
After using our TV for 1.4 months suddenly one day it show No Signal . Then I call to Samsung Customer Care . Their executive said AV port gone damaged, so this problem occurs . They request me to wait few days, untill they receive new AV board from their main hub . After few days again one executive came out house& capture pictures of the TV . After few days they said AV board not available in their hub . So, they will refund me . Then one request me to go the shop from where I purchased it& write a letter . I done this . Afterthat again they said that write another letter from shop . Again I done this . Again they said that the letter was not written properly . Then I went to shop again . The shop is far away from my house . I request them, if they contact with shop directly it will be more helpful for me . But, they didn't accept my request . Totally, I went to shop 4 times for this purpose . That was very difficult for me . I faced too much problem . After so much hardship one their one representative say for give up hope of refund . Then I tell them why? I have proper purchase bill& valid warrenty period . Why I don't got refund . He said, as I continuously facing problem, so give up hope of refund& purchase another TV . But, I don't give up hope . I had continued struggling, than to god one day one good Bengali representative Mr. Arnab took my issue& forward it properly& got refund after more 10 days . Many many thanx to Mr. Arnab who help me too much . Totally I struggled more than 30 days for this purpose . 30 days I don't watch TV .
Their help line system also not good . Many time when I their help line no, it show number not valid or busy for long time .
Above experience I say that quality of Samsung LCD TV is not good . Main negative point of the Samsung is their customer service is totally bad& worst . They waste my valuable time . So, I don't recommend Samsung LCD TV to anyone . Even I recommend Samsung LED TV .
