Where to start from... Just want to say that if you have blind money and you love problems in your vacation then only go for this agency... They are just a bunch on cheaters and frauds who don't have any professional ethics and values...
So my trip was to manali and we were 4 frnds... So one fine day we receive a call from MS. VARUNA THAKUR from SAMPURAN YATRA... Sounded all nice and stuff... So our trip was a 2 nights 3 days package for 16000 bucks... Before making the 50% payment we had asked several times about the hidden charges and other costs for the same but MS. VARUNA gave us assurity that there will be no more extra charges which we have to pay other then 16000...
The volvo we got was 3rd class with no proper ammenties and there was a foul smell all around... The blankets were super dirty... The moment we board the bus we were asked to pay luggage charges of 20 rs per bag which was not told to us earlier by SAMPURAN YATRA which is a sign of cheating...
So in our itinerary the pick up and drop from the bus stand and the sight scene cab was included... The moment we board the bus we got a call from MS. VARUNA THAKUR informing that we have to pay 800 bucks if we want to get ourselves dropped at the hotel reason stating as the roads are blocked... After having words with MS. VARUNA what she said was, "saare customers de rahe hain aapko bhi dene padenge"... This is the professionalism they carry...
After having a heated argument and almost spoiling the trip we had to agree since we were freezing in the cold...
After getting checked in to the hotel our day 1 was Manali local sight seeing in which the driver just dropped us by the side and told us to explore the place by ourself... Again we had no option but to go by ourself to the mall road and the other places... This is how we spoiled our day 1..
Coming to day 2 our itinerary was for solang valley.. So we get into our cabs all excited and all the excitement flushed down the gutter when the driver dropper us just a few kilometers away from our hotel stating, "sir aage rasta band hai and sirf jeeps aage jaenge aap yaha pr activities krlo"... Mind you until this time we had already paid for the snow dress and we were standing i. between roads with no options... We were super pissed off and again we dailed MS. VARUNA and asked for compensation for the same either to arrange a jeep for us for free or to make us visit Naggar castle which she declined and when we told her that we will put a bad review for this she said, " aap review daal dijiye mujhe fark nhi padta"....
We had no option just to be there and make ourself enjoy after all this nuisance...
Day 3 was our check out and van vihar tour which was clearly mentioned in the itinerary of ours so we told the driver to do the same onto which the driver declined and said that he is not informed for the same by the travel agency... Again we dailed MS. VARUNA onto which she agreed that the van vihar tour is included so wr made her talk with the driver and the conclusion we got that we have to choose either we can go to van vihar by cab or we can get dropped off to the bus stand by cab... So you can see that there is no sense of itinerary as they will do whatever they want... So anyhow even after having the itinerary we had to go to the van Vihar by foot and mind you it was raining cats and dogs in the chilly winter of January amongst the snow....
We were almost out in rain for 4 hours...
Another thing that pissed us off was that driver and the car got changed at the end point and the car we got had no space to keep our luggage... Also even after dropping being mentioned in our package they asked is to pay 450 rs. if we want to get dropped off to the point where our bus was to arrive....
All the persons including MS. VARUNA THAKUR was not at all concerned how we are gonna arrange so much money in such a short jiffy... MS. VARUNA is super rude and does not respond to your phone calls even after repeated rings... She is not at all bothered how her clients are suffering over there.... We would never recomend this company
Also when I told her that I Will write a review what she said is there in the screenshot and after that she blocked me...
