I am extremely dissatisfied and would like to complain against Dr. Ajay and Dr. Sameer so called HOD of emergency.
To begin with I would like to inform that my mom is suffering from multiple issues and Sakra being a world class hospital and I have taken their treatment earlier also. I went there for my Mom's treatment. when I admitted her to the emergency ward, everything was delayed right from attending her for treatment and doing the tests. I have requested Dr. Ajay multiple times to check her and requested him to arrange for a neuro surgeon and a Gastroenterologist. After much request, he was telling that the critical patient that's my mom has to go to the doctor and meet him since he is busy. Dr cannot come and meet the patient in the emergency. She was unable to walk and she has fallen twice at home. Seeing the severity we brought her to the emergency. All the interns are running the emergency of Sakra Hospital. None of the senior Doctors will come and see the patients. I really don't understand how can Dr Ajay assume whether the patient is severe or not. All other patients with mild problems were getting admitted but he was not admitting my mom. According to him, her condition doesn't require any medical emergency it seems. By touching my mom's abdomen he can say she doesn't have any problem which he was telling.
I would say Dr. Ajay is not a doctor, he doesn't have that kindness neither have that empathy to communicate with patients. He doesn't even understand hindi and he was unable to communicate with the patient.
After several requests to admit her to the ward, Dr. Ajay told me that he will not admit her and nothing can change his decision. When the patient is suffering from multiple problems and we don't have any problem in admitting her to the hospital they initially refused to admit her. After much arguments, they called the gastro Dr. Meenakshi and She helped us in getting her admitted. Anyways I have taken the video of the whole incident.
When I said that Dr Ajay and Dr. Sameer will be responsible if anything happens to my mom their tone started changing.
Hospital MOD MS NAIK WAS TRYING TO HELP BUT SUDDENLY SHE DISAPPEARED WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING TO US.
As we were helpless we had to admit her to the same hospital. God knows whether the doctors will treat her well or not.
Action should be taken on Dr Ajay and Dr Sameer. Dr Ajay was doing nothing just pretending as if the whole emergency is his hands but he was doing nothing. I want her to be treated by some senior doctors.
Please hire some mature and experienced doctors in the emergency and don't leave the emergency in the hands of interns. I want an explanation about the whole incident or else I will tweet and will take things legally.
