Had given my Maruti Ignis AGS car for the 3rd free servicing, with a problem of a particular sound coming evertime there is a shift in gear.
After the service the car came back in a pathetic condition, the floor mats all mixed and placed randomly, the windscreen not cleaned and the problem not resolved.
No body even bothered to call for a feedback, when I mailed feedback to them, they have taken the car twice after that trying to solve my issue. Finally they have given the verdict that such a sound comes in all the cars in auto gear shift.
So we can sum it up as Maruti has not done a proper R&D with its cars.
