I just got the Sai Kiran Packers and Movers contact details from Just Dial and Spoke to Mr. Ravinder Sharma for shifting all my household goods from Bangalore to Chennai on April 7th, 2019
He visited the site in Bangalore, saw my household goods and provided me an estimated price with inclusive of GST+ Insurance, for complete packing and shifting the things door to door with a separate van dedicated for me. Also, he promised me that he will deliver the goods on the same day before night 10 or 11 PM.
As mentioned above, he has promised me the following checklist:
1.Estimated Price is including GST+ Insurance
2.Separate dedicated van service, moving along with me.
3.Same day delivery
But, none of the above-mentioned promises was followed by him and each has been changed.
-On the day of the shift he came very late to the site
-Packing took half a day
-After packing and loading the goods, he gave me the final quotation which was not as he gave me on the estimated charge sheet, it was very huge difference in the amount and the MAJOR THING IS GST+ INSURANCE, he added it separately and which came around 10, 000 additionally and he forced me to aishwaryasingh23 that full amount in single aishwaryasingh23ment.
-In addition to this issue, he took the van to his office for getting the billing and other formalities completed, whereas the promises, the van didn't come along with me.
-He left from my home @ 14:30 to Yeshwanthpur to his office and he didn't move the vehicle till 19:30 in the night.
-He delivered the 1 half of the good in one location by next day early morning @ 6:30.
-When we saw the goods inside the van, there were some other additional goods inside, which was not ours. Here he failed to provide a separately dedicated van to me
-Then he left the 1 location(Tirupattur, Jollarpet Junction) by 7:30 in the morning.
-After that till the end of the next day, i.e., 8th April 2019 night he didn't deliver the goods to me.
-I was chasing them many times, he asked me to talk to the Regional mAnasultanger in Chennai office.
-The Regional mAnasultanger in Chennai office was Varun, where he also failed to deliver me the goods on the same day.
In the end, whatever promises they made to me, everything was failed and they didn't deliver the goods on time and as promised with the charge.
Please note, I confirmed with Ravinder Sharma about the estimated cost many times and all the time he told me that it is inclusive of GST+ Insurance, but once after loading all the goods into van, he has changed everything in the billing and forced me to aishwaryasingh23 more amount which was 10, 000 more than the estimated by showing GST+ Insurance separately in it.
He has cheated and made all fake promises to get the deal. I have all the proof of phone conversation.
