This is one of the worst service providers you can deal with. I had shipped my household goods through this transporter without knowing his background (unfortunately didnt take efforts to read online reviews). One Manoj Jain came home estimated and agreed on a price.
After taking the material, they threatened that until we paid double the amount (from 6200 to 12500!) they will not move the goods. Inspite of calling all the way from their MD, Branch Manager to Traffic Manager all of them turned out to be crooks, not willing to attend calls or call back and holding onto their threat. Even after visiting their branch and paying the additional sum I am waiting to see if they will ship the goods. Cant explain the agony they put me through.
There are hundreds of movers, this one should be at the bottom of your list - never engage them! Also watch out for Characters like Sunil (Branch Manager), Manoj Jain and Jitesh (Sales guys), Bhaskar (Traffic Manager), Suresh (Recovery) - all of them are well co-ordinated crooks who know how to take customers for a ride!
