The lady at the enquiry desk lacks mannerism and basic etiquettes which is a pre requisite for anyone representing an institution. Full of arrogance, she was explaining things as if she was doing a favor. She was more interested in explaining the fee structure rather than sharing details about the school, facilities, etc. and how it is different from other schools. She was not even able to evoke even an iota of confidence that helps a parent decide about a school. Nasty experience I would say. Imagine how would they treat your child. Better to explore other schools in the neighborhood.
