Buying a property means you are putting your hard earn lifetime Income just to buy a shelter for you and your family. Before investing it is better to study what the project all about. Saarthi group is building a project name saarrthi sovereign near Vibgyor Baner Pune.

Project was launched in dec. 2012 and will be completed by dec 2015. Why 3 years to complete such a small project? Then I came to know that the land has been already mortgage to ICICI bank (Builder cash crunch) and land owner has already built his independent home inside the project (Land owner will always dominate the society).

They are comparing rate with Baner road. Except school nothing is so near. No water connection. Many things which are not there in project such as no proposal of emergency lights in flats. Solar heaters not there. Visitor parking not there.

Not worth buying a flat there.
