Poor Quality & Service by Saarrthi Group Builder

Review On Saarrthi Group, Pune

My experience with the Saarrthi group/siddharth properties of pune has been very bad. There were lot of promises. Their rates were/are well above or at par with market rate (highest in the area). And with big advertisements and promises one would expect a good quality and service.

But end result was not upto the mark. Possession was delayed by one whole year - every month a date in subsequent month was promised. And when the possession was given the feeling was one is living in 'under construction house'.

Quality of construction, fittings was poor and service after possession is very miserable. One expects to enjoy the time/feel of moving in own house. While this is my first house I have had few friends who had moved in their new house. And I can say that none had as bad experience as I had.

I don't recommend these guys to anyone.Probably current slow down in property market will eliminate such unexperienced/unprofessionals from real estate industry.
