Its your hard earned money, stay away from Sarathi

I am an old customer of these thugs. I have bought a flat from them way back in 2006 when reality market was in full boom and prices were rising every coming day. The project they were doing suited me in terms of budget and locality so went ahead.

As it stands today -

1. The flats are occupied but there is no completion certificate.

   
   




2. They went on adding floors without having required permissions.

   
   




3. All the reputed nationalized banks had rejected the loan requests in the campus.

   
   




4. The construction quality is showing its colors:)

   
   




5. The people from the group are unresponsive.

   
   




6. Illegal construction was carried out by builder himself.

   
   




7. Where the one time maintenance money paid has gone, no one knows. When inquired we don't get any satisfactory answers.

   
   

All in all its a pretty bad experience doing business with these guys.

There is a real danger of this turning into another Campa-Cola

Beware. its your hard earned money.
