1. The tiles laying is as bad as one may imagine. It crumbles your purchase of high value tiles to a rubble layed instead. you can actually see most of your tiles laid with edges pooping out no matter what High reputed make and quality tiles you would provide.

   
   




2. The poession is never in time alyays estimate it to be at least two years after what they commit. And even after that the corridor and other work will continue after you go and stay.

   
   




3. The club house and swimming pool continues to construct after a ever delayed possession of homes and never reaches a completion.

   
   




4. The worst part is the whole building and Apartment leaks in rain and many a times you would see a inch of water acculumating in apartments. If you do not believe talk to people living in Satin Hill in Bawdhan and they can share their experience with you.

   
   




5. They never keep their promise.
