Saarrthi group Builder - Bad Experience.

I have booked a 2 BHK flat in pre launch offer in Mhalunge project (Behind Balewadi stadium) in May 2012, At that time they said they are going to launch their project in just next 10-15 days. But still they don't have any information about launching date.

When I went their office They said they require at least 1 year to launch this project  means in December 2013 (still they don't sure about launching).....I was really shocked.  Whenever I called them they used to tell me that due to some document formalities, project is getting delayed. I don't have any option except to stay and watch as I won't get a 2 bhk flat in just 3200/- per sq ft rate.

If any buddy has booked a flat in Mhalunge project. Please drop your mobile number here so that in future we will legally send out notice to builder in case if he cancels the project.
