Its cheap, it takes you to your destination, usually flies on time, staff is less but fine. Each extra that a usual airline gives is charges 100 times more that it should be. I deserve the right to at least choose if I want to pay the 100 times or not? If I just want to fly, reach point B from point A, please help me do so and dont charge me for anything more. Not for the small chocolate bar, not for the stupidest movie of the century and not for the wine if I dont want it!
Only thing is that if something goes wrong, they dont have people to tackle such situations.
For short duration flights, I think it is a very good option.
