This professor Dr. M. Uttara Kumari - R V College of Engineering who is heading ECE department is claiming in NACC document h-ndex of 6 and to your surprise she is not having any citation index at all as per the google scholar open search.
If there is no citation index how she has got h-index? Please stop fooling parents, students and UGC.
It is really unethical to claim h-index in absence of it. On top of that furnishing false information to government is offense.
