Most of us didnot even know the name of rupee co-operative bank I had very pathetic experience from this bank.we know that co-operative banks is very in customer care experience.i even fought with them due to being rude and unpolite towards people.if you wanna loan you have to talk with manager, assistant manager, staff and you have to settle some documents and after they ask unnecessary formalities.you may think that the co-operative banks offer less interest rates yeah it gives less interest rates for its members with recognisation.they have to change their lazy staff and they have render good service to the people.and very hateful thing is that this bank is located only in metropolitans and corporations so it is not located even in municipalities.i would not recommend it to any one please choose other bank.
