Last month I was on a tour of Mumbai and goa with my friends. Our tour was going awesome until we entered in this restaurant called Rumi's Bandra. The decorations were good in the hotel, so we entered it by seeing the outer beauty of the restaurant.
But that was the end of good things about this hotel. The management was very poor and they were very rude to their customers. But this is the story of every hotel. What was more greater about this restaurant is the price they charge. The price they charge is not less than any of the 5 star hotel and what they provide in that money-not even matching the 1 star hotel. The food was pretty ordinary and definitely not worth the money that they charged. Our beautiful evening was spoiled by this overcharging restaurant. We should have gone to the restaurant next to it. It was quite cheap in its comparison and the food was also good as told by other tourists that we met there.
