I bought a Royal oak Bed from Amazon on offer. Here my torture starts.
1) Product was sent through delhivery courier who are worst in service. They missed the delivery date as usual then after repeated complaint partial product was delivered again post complaining the remaining stuffs were delivered after next day.
2) All amazon promises too were fake since they too were helpless.
3) Now product is delivered but no installation since carpenter denied coming again my complaints started so Carpenter came for the installation
4) A very shoddy work done by the carpenter and my bed is already making weird noises.
5) Multiple complaints raised but no response.
I just have a last option to file a consumer complaint.
