I had visited many times at Mumbai for our office work and during these tours I had stayed many times in many different different hotels and Royal Garden Resort also one of them and My experience with this hotel was very bad
Before some time its booked directly by my company during my tour and it was booked for three 2 days and three nights but when I reached there I found that it was very poor quality hotel and there was nothing found like good decoration and ambience
The room quality was also found very poor and the room size was too short and it was not cleaned and decorated properly
There was a smell coming inside the room which found so irritate and when I asked to the staff for change my room they denied first but when I asked them continuously they shown another rooms also to me but all the rooms found same
There was nothing like good food presentation and good room services also because when I received my food order I found that it was not fresh and without taste, The waiter services and behavior also found very rudely and improper here
Finally I canceled my further booking from here with bearing cancel charges from my pocket due to its very poor quality rooms and services and I realize that there is no value of our money for such type of services and such type of room quality
