Room is the current favourite of Ocsar Critics right now and has bagged the 4 nominations in oscar including best picture and director. It has chance to win too. Its running in thestres now. Due to the oscar buzz I saw the movie yesterday.
Plot( No Spoilers)
Without giving any details that might spoil the movie for you, its a story of a mother and 5 year old son stuck in a room. But that's just the 1st layer of the story and it has many other layers to it.
Cast n Acting: The acting by the lead actors are good and specially by the child actor.
Dislikes: The movie started great and had a great grip. It was tense and suspenseful. But towards the end the story just seemed to be rushing and that for me was a deal breaker. Though I did not like the movie much( may be cause am too hard a critic) but you can see the movie in theater if you are a fan of alternate lateral cinemas.
