I feel this review is:
Loosing extra kilos weight is too hard. Changing food items, changing lifestyle. Is also neccessary. Taking low fat and oil free food is need to loose weight. Friends suggested to use rice bran oil. As it looks not good but healthy . As it keeps cholesterol low in body. I saw my weight after a month less than before. I am happy with the flavour andit burns less while cooking. Everyone is now crazy about this oil. Becauze living fit is todays need.
