I would like to share my worse experience with Ringroad Honda Sector-18 Gurugram. I sent my car in an emergency on 17th June to this service station around 2 pm. I explained that the coolant got leaked please do the needful asap as I’m stuck now with my family and can’t go home without the car. Car was received by Mr. Pushkar and Mr. Mohit. I waited for their response for few hours and then called and found out nobody attended the car and was told in the late evening that now it is evening and I should know that workers don’t work at night.
And then next day it started the chain of calls but no response I received and made multiple calls to know the status but I only got “Sir sorry I will just get back to you” and every time they would just push me to get the car serviced which would cost 15000 the problem for which I sent my car for. The whole day goes into making calls but no response. The later evening I told Mr. Mohit that I will get my car collected at another service station and his response was “ok Sir”. So on the 19th June, I sent my driver to pick up the car and now to my shock I learned from my driver that my car was parked in some open yard unattended with the key inside the car and the lock of the armrest was broken and taken out and at two places the body of the armrest also broken possibly with a hammer god knows why.
There was a football given to the guard at the time of admission on 17th my driver found out that the ball was taken to home by the guard and the other guard on duty tells us to come tomorrow so my driver went to the guard’s home to get the kid’s football. I explained the situation to several people in Ringroad Honda Sector-18 since that day, I have made calls to the Manager Mr. Prabhat and shared the pictures of the damaged armrest but after that call, he stopped picking up my calls and responded with a text message that he is in a meeting on 21st June. I am going to go ahead with filing the case with the consumer’s court just wanted to share this unprofessional, unethical, irresponsible, and negligent behavior of this Ringroad Honda Sector -18 Gurugram. And let me tell you that this is not the case with this dealership only I’m also facing this kind of negligent and unprofessional behavior with Honda customer service.
I've registered a complaint with them also and they also promise to get back to me ASAP and that ASAP lasts the whole day and then I call and repeat the same thing to various people during the next day. I urge everyone to share this experience so they are ready for such an experience.
