Actually I have IDFC visa Card and there was An offer regarding-Free Hair and scalp Check-up and Hair Rejuvenation Therapy. When I called them. Directly the said “Sir You have to come to Clinic First then we will explained you all”. I went to their clinic, Chembur. Met to Dr.Bhupendra Gaikwad and his assistance Babita. At that time there are celebrating their 38th anniversary so there was an offer for Hair Transplant for 38000.They explained all to me regarding Cost and How many session require for my Baldness. Dr.Bupendra said that clearly “ Two session required, you will look like 20 years old as all were okay at that time . Your Donar Area Is also perfect and bla bla bla and did not explained regarding the non refund policy and all ”
I did not know that he is trapping me. He forced me to do payment ASAP.I said to him let me think and discuss with our family. But he continuing to Forcing. I left that clinic on that day.
One he called me and said “Sir today is the last date .You have to done with payment Today anyhow otherwise you have to pay 58000 after todays for per session”
I was in office left and went to their clinic around 10 pm there were waiting for me. There were many Problem with card swipe the machine due to chip error. They did the payment by entering the Card detail and CVV on their web portal.I paid RS-97953 with two session surgery and, medicine. They said to me you can covert this into 6.9.12 month EMI whatever interest will charge we will pay that amount as Credit Note. I said okay . Still they have not done anything like this.
On the 25 October my surgery date has been fixed as I requested to hime .I had applied my leave and was approved also for 10 days.
What the Surgeon(Dr.Niharika salian)said “ Ohh no there is some problem on the scalp we can’t do the surgery Today. And your donor area is also not perfect. I can cover only some parts not complete baldness”
I said to him But Dr Bhupendra Explained to me opposite. I felt cheated at the time because of the Bhupendra’s Wrong Commitment. Surgeon said to me go and talk to Bhupendra and give the medicine details also for the 7 days treatment for scalp so that scalp go ready for the surgery. I went their chembur clinic and asked about this to Bhupendra. He said Deepak I had already same explained to you whatever Surgeon explained.
I explained to bupendra what the mistake you have done in the concern form this is cheating .
I asked to Bhupendra why are you telling a lie. I want refund my. when he felt his mistake the said He said to “Don’t worry Deepak we will refund you give one mail with some financial and serious reason after some 10 days I will process the refund”
At that time unfortunately I had faced lots of financial Problem as well as some other(Grandmother death, Mother’s hand fracture and loss of jab also
Firstly he said mail me on my personal ID I will forward and he shared me customer care mail ID and said don’t mention in mail anywhere that I suggested you to do like this.
I did the same after 2-3 days he said forward me that mail to me.my team will call you.They called me also after 4-5 days But I was unable to connect. They contacted to me through mail and written “There is no refund Policy we can provide you credit note only I said no I want my money.”
Finally I think they have taken my money with the wrong commitment. And there is no surety that after surgery no extra cost I have to pay to you all.
I don’t want to continue the treatment with you where fake people are appointed .Refund my all money with interest. And if you will not take any action then I will go consumer court
