Rajat Goel and Bindiya Sharma owners of Rhino Malviya Nagar violating the Covid-19 guidelines along with making the powerlifter's image down because of their behaviour.
Both of them cheating and doing fraud on the gym membership of their clients, making rhino members fool by taking all the money. When I wrote emails and made calls they denied to answer. Didn't pay 2-3 months salary of employees, the entire staff moved out because of their behaviour. Till January 202p they had 500+ members now they got 50-60 because they took money from everyone and didn't pay service instead started abusing when client ask about their right to services they promised.
Trusting Bindiya Sharma and Rajat Goel because they have been doing powerlifting for many years and I joined Rhino Malviya Nagar in January 2020.
I attended the gym from January till March and then the covid-19 lockdown happened, after a lockdown in September 2020 when I joined because my gym was not following any guidelines for pandemic I got Covid Positive in November 2020. In December when I asked to transfer my remaining months' membership to Rhino Lajpat Nagar gym which was following all the covid protocols, Rhino Malviya Nagar owners denied my membership package transfer because they don't want to do the partial payment of my fees to Lajpat Nagar.
I sent a number of emails, msgs and try to communicate on the phone or e-mails but no response, even from the corporate office.
I went there yesterday 10-12-2020 and Mr. Rajat denied any membership transfer though on my bill it is clearly mentioned that it is transferable.
They didn't reimburse even a single month out of 6 months of covid/lockdown and wanted me to adjust in the smaller gym, where they don't have lockers, separate washrooms for male and female members, no drinking water, no 6 feet social distancing protocol has been followed. Showed me something else, I made 100% advance payment now want me to continue in that rat hole shit place.
I lodged FIR against them, they started abusing me in front of police and everyone else in gym and Bindiya used Dirtiest words to abuse me, even was about to hit me I have videos for same - because I stood for my gym membership rights they got offended.
I didn't get scared of them. She even commented on my religious and spiritual sentiments and started abusing Sikhs for gym services Rajat and Bindiya denied and said that we can do whatever we want because this is our gym. Tried to Suppress ms till that level then I have to dial @100 to police Rajat said we will not refund or transfer a single penny for your membership to anyone (I have a voice and video recording of everything they said and how they abused me).
Now I'll be filing a legal civil suit against them, anyone who faced similar issues from Rhino Malviya Nagar please contact me at 971125xxxx and we can file our legal petition of fraud and cheating done by Rhino Malviya Nagar owners.
Invoice attached for reference and in their terms and conditions, it is mentioned that annual membership is transferable.
