I read this novel a few months back on the suggestion of a friend. I did not have very high expectations from the book before beginning it but I must admit that by the time, I finished it I was left with moist eyes. The book has been written in a way that many youngsters would be able to relate with the background set up of the book and will find the characters similar to those who we encounter in our daily lives.
Chetan Bhagat has used pretty simple language and people who don't have very strong english can also read this. In addition, the author has etched the characters in a very lucid manner. The story plot has been developed well and the events are connected nicely. Compared to other similar books, like books from Durjoy Dutta, Rashmi Bansal, I found this book to be more thoughtful and impelling. Not only this, the story makes you cry also in between pages and especially at the end. Overall, it was a very satisfying read and it's worth enough to be re-read. I also read 2 states, and 3 mistakes of my life after reading this and those were also satisfying reads but not like Revolution 2020.
