Stop spreading biased and baseless news. Review on Republic TV

As the media is the fourth pillar of our democracy. The media plays a very important role in our country which has the largest democracy in the world. In our history, the Indian Media is recognized as influential, truthful, patriotic, unbiased in all fields of the nation. But in the competition of giving news to people as fast as possible and making controversial statements that attract more public to get more TRPs or views is making the 4th pillar weaker and weaker. Today's News media reporters and journalists have become biased and untruthful which makes our democracy weaker. One of the worst media channels is Republic TV.

Republic TV has gained a reputation in a small time. We feel that we should get the news that is truthful, fair, and impartial. But when it comes to Republic TV they don't care if the news is true or false, they just want the news should be new and controversial. Even if the news is wrong or baseless they just want their TRPs to increase. They never discuss topics which are needed to be discussed like our economy, government policies, etc, instead they want news full of controversies like the affair of film stars, talking nusance of opposition parties, etc. They don't report about topics which really matters for our country. This doesn't match the principles of journalism. The debates are just nonsense and baseless. The news reporter is the judge and they give direct decisions and fight over to get statements which they want and not the true statements. Creating controversies from sources with no proofs without any reason. The news media should be factual, genuine and truthful. I think they should provide news with principles of journalism which is essential and things which really matters, and help our country to get more knowledgeable and makes a stronger democracy.
